Condition of Items Items must be unused and in a resalable condition. The original packaging does not need to be sealed, but the item itself must show no signs of use.

- Withdrawal (no defect): Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Defective or incorrectly delivered items: We cover the return shipping costs.
